Top marks for the PC. Top marks for customer service. A+++ All my needs met. I needed a relatively compact case. It also needed to have a carry handle. Yellow is my favourite color. I ordered the Custom Haunted Gaming PC and so far have been impressed with the computer and all my interactions with Ghostly Engines. This PC is well built and came with all the extras I wanted without any fuss. Its very tidy on the inside. The custom Ghostly Engine logos on the case and fans was a nice touch. Also having the glass side panel open on hinges instead of the standard screw panel was a great addition I was not expecting. I've built my PC's before but was pleasantly surprised with the price of this build. Of course I could have done it myself for a little cheaper but for the excellent service and being able to plug and play when it arrives, it's worth the extra little bit to me. The customer service from Ghostly Engines has been exceptional. Very quick to respond when I had questions. Also, I ordered on a Monday and had it at my house by Friday. Don't forget this is a custom PC that comes pre-tested and everything loaded ready to plug and play. There was a small issue when I turned the PC on but I do not believe this was the fault of Ghostly Engines but a minor consequence of shipping but even so the team was quick to respond, diagnose, and provide a solution even on the weekend. One recommendation I would like to make would be to have more Order Status for your customers to see when they log in and check their orders. For example "Order Received", "Building", "On Test Bench" and "Final packaging" All in all I'm very happy with my PC and Ghostly Engines and look forward to using them again for my PC needs.

It looks amazing, runs like a dream, and I haven't had a single issue. I have zero complaints. I am absolutely obsessed with it, I love the colour so much <3 Very good company and it came wayy faster than expected.
