At Ghostly Engines we want to provide you with some extra peace of mind no matter what happens. So, we're giving you an extensive 2-year return-to-base warranty for all of our prebuilt computers.

How do I know my PC will be safe in transit?

Our Pre-built computers are shipped out with a multi-layer protection system. We have external protection around the case and added internal padding/protection inside the PC to ensure all of your components enjoy a safe, worry-free journey to you.

Once your order is packaged and ready to go we will dispatch your order using a signature only courier ticket, we will email you the tracking info to make sure you can track it every step of the way and to make sure it ends up in the right place.

**You must remove all the packaging material before turning on your PC to avoid damaging components.
