At Ghostly Engines we value each and every order, prioritizing the secure delivery of your PC and peripherals. All of our computers are packed internally with removable expanding foam and the exterior is incased in a polystyrene mould. This ensures a safe journey to minimize any movement during transportation.

Once your order is expertly packaged, we hand over your shipment to Courier Post, NZ's leading courier service. For additional security, our shipments require signature on delivery by default. A tracking link will be automatically sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery FAQ's

How to we determine our shipping prices?

The shipping costs for your order are determined based on your location and the volumetric weight of the items you have purchased.

(Volumetric weight = height (m) x width (m) x length (m) x 200)

How frequent are orders dispatched?

Orders are dispatched on every business day, from Monday to Friday. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends and public holidays. In the event of a public holiday falling within the week, we ask you to bear with us and allow an additional day for delivery.

What is a signature required delivery?

With our signature-only tracked delivery, enjoy the piece of mind that your order will never be left un-attended at the requested delivery address. It requires a signature for acceptance and in the even that you are un-available receive the package, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions so that you can re-schedule the delivery or organize a time to collect it from the depot.
